Frequently asked questions
Teams are limited to a maximum of two (2) accompanying personnel (coaches, managers, volunteers, etc.). Accompanying personnel will receive an accreditation bracelet and will need to arrive with the team.
Note: An athlete who is a coach on another team does not count as accompanying personnel.
Teams with more than 2 accompanying personnel will need to pay for the accompanying personnel in excess, see the Registration Fees Table for more information.
Special Needs Teams
Like other teams, special needs teams will receive bracelets for 2 accompanying personnel with their registration. Accommodation are available upon request.
The applicable rate, for an athlete addition, is determined according to the date of registration of this athlete and not according to the date of the initial registration of his team. So, the price may be higher for an addition.
If an athlete joins a team after the registration deadline, an administration fee of $50 per modification request will be added to the fee to be paid by the athlete.
There will be no refund for a decrease in the number of athletes following initial registration.
