About the event
The KICK'S SPORTS CHALLENGES were created to have fun , to train and to help cheerleading clubs in Quebec. Each participant chooses his goal between 300, 500, 700 or 1000 SQUATS in 2 hours. Yes Yes! Don't worry, you can change your goal throughout the day!
Each "goal team" will have a leader to motivate them! 10 12-minute intervals to reach your challenge! (Either 30, 50, 70 or 100 squats at intervals)
Bonus! The one and only Nadia Belzy will be there to keep you motivated for 2 hours! Each registered participant will receive a superb medal at the end of the challenge! A sports therapist will be on site!
KICK'S SPORTS CHALLENGES want to give back to cheerleading clubs! By registering, $ 1 will be donated to the cheerleading club of your choice. Aren't you in a cheerleading club? Your donation will go to the Quebec Cheerleading Federation for the Development of Sport!
It is possible to give an additional donation to your club, which will be fully donated. The club with the most participants will have their donation doubled by Kick's.
Social distancing will be applied and health measures will be taken. The CHALLENGES HAVE BEEN APPROVED by the city of Montreal!
Arrival of participants: Between 9 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Start of the challenge: 9:30 a.m. End of the challenge: 11:30 a.m. Medal ceremony: 11:45 a.m.
