Teams are limited to a maximum of two (2) accompanying personnel (coaches, managers, volunteers, etc.). Accompanying personnel will receive an accreditation bracelet and will need to arrive with the team.
Note: An athlete who is a coach on another team does not count as accompanying personnel.
Teams with more than 2 accompanying personnel will need to pay for the accompanying personnel in excess, see the Registration Fees Table for more information.
Special Needs Teams
Like other teams, special needs teams will receive bracelets for 2 accompanying personnel with their registration. Accommodation are available upon request.
Registration for a Kick’s Clinic is equivalent to purchasing a personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable ticket.
No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances (cancellation, absence, scheduling conflicts, etc.).
Clinics are strictly reserved for coaches, program directors, gym owners, and athletes affiliated with a recognized organization.
Clinics are not open to the general public.
Full payment must be made prior to the start of the clinic.
Participants must present their registration confirmation or ticket upon arrival, either digitally or printed.
Kick’s Événements is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event. Participants are encouraged to keep their personal belongings secure at all times.
Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward instructors, Kick’s staff, volunteers, and venue personnel (arenas, convention centers, gyms, etc.).
Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward other participants or staff may result in immediate removal without refund.
The use of offensive language, inappropriate gestures, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Kick’s Événements reserves the right to deny access or terminate participation for anyone failing to comply with the code of conduct.
Fees for spare athletes are the same as for regular athletes.
The applicable rate, for an athlete addition, is determined according to the date of registration of this athlete and not according to the date of the initial registration of his team. So, the price may be higher for an addition.
If an athlete joins a team after the registration deadline, an administration fee of $50 per modification request will be added to the fee to be paid by the athlete.
There will be no refund for a decrease in the number of athletes following initial registration.
During the clinics, photos and videos will be captured by the Kick’s team for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes.
By registering, participants authorize Kick’s to use their image (photo, video, or recording) on its digital platforms, social media, publications, and promotional materials without financial compensation.
Participants who wish not to appear in photos or videos must notify Kick’s staff on site before the clinic begins.
Personal photo or video recording is permitted only if it does not disrupt the activities or compromise the confidentiality of the content presented.
The use of professional equipment (tripods, zoom lenses, lighting, etc.) is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Clinics include both theoretical (classroom) and practical (gym floor) sessions.
Participants must follow all instructions from Kick’s staff, instructors, volunteers, and venue personnel.
All training materials, presentations, and content remain the intellectual property of Kick’s and may not be copied or distributed without written authorization.
Category changes made after the publication of the final schedule will be subject to administrative fees. The amount of these fees varies depending on the competition. A confirmation of the applicable fee will be sent to you by email along with the final version of the schedule.

Payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice date.
**Access to the competition may be denied if payment has not been made in full.
General admission — no seat reservation is allowed.
Tickets are non-refundable and valid for one person only.
Seating is not guaranteed.
Doors will open 45 minutes before the start of the competition.
Ticket holders must present their tickets digitally or in printed form upon entry.

By registering for a Kick’s Clinic, each participant acknowledges and accepts the terms of this policy and agrees to follow all directions provided by Kick’s staff, instructors, volunteers, and venue personnel.
In case of non-payment, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to the next rate tier, and this adjustment will continue until the invoice is fully paid or the account has been settled.
Spectators must maintain a respectful attitude toward athletes, coaches, officials, and other attendees.
Inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
Offensive language, gestures, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Once the invoice has been issued by Kick’s Événements, payment must be made according to the established payment plan. Registration cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
Credits may be granted according to the following schedule :
More than 90 days before the event : 85% credit
61 to 90 days before the event : 70% credit
31 to 60 days before the event : 50% credit
30 days or less before the event : no credit will be granted.
Credit Usage Terms :
Issued credits do not expire.
Credits are valid only for registrations to competitions organized by Kick’s Événements inc.

Personal photos and videos are permitted, provided they do not obstruct visibility or interfere with the competition.
The use of professional equipment (tripods, telephoto lenses, lighting, etc.) is strictly prohibited without prior accreditation.Professional photographers and videographers representing Kick’s will be on site to film performances and capture official event photos.
These images may be used for promotional purposes, including publication on Kick’s Événements digital platforms and social media.
Kick’s Événements reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any competition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, extreme weather conditions, venue unavailability, technical issues, or governmental restrictions.
In the event that Kick’s Événements cancels or postpones a competition, a credit for the affected teams shall be determined based on the expenses incurred by the event as of the date of cancellation. Such credit may be applied toward a future competition organized by Kick’s Événements.
Under no circumstances shall monetary refunds be issued.
A demo team is a non-competitive team that wishes to experience performing in front of an audience.
This team will not be judged and will not receive any feedback from the judges. Each athlete will receive a participation medal. The team will not receive a banner or a trophy.
Dangerous objects, illegal substances, and any other items deemed inappropriate by the event organizers are strictly prohibited.
Animals are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
All teams must submit their music to the following email address: info@kickscheer.com, before the competition deadline indicated in the official communication email.
The music must comply with the rules and regulations established by the IASF and Cheer Québec.
By entering the event, each spectator agrees to the terms of this policy and commits to following the instructions of Kick’s staff, event volunteers, and venue personnel (arena, convention center, etc.).

The competition floor is a 9 strips spring floor (54 feet x 42 feet).
A warm-up circuit will be provided prior to the routine, including a designated warm-up area. Please refer to the Coach Information Document (available on the website) for details specific to each competition.
All non-Worlds teams will perform their routine only once. The performance order is determined randomly.
Worlds teams will perform their routine twice (2) during the event.
First performance : The performance order will be determined randomly.
Second performance : The performance order will be based on the standings from Day 1, in reverse order of the rankings.
For Worlds teams, an athlete verification will be conducted prior to each routine. The complete list of athletes must be submitted in advance (see the IASF form in the VIP section: https://www.kickscheer.com/vipkicks). The exact verification time will be communicated to you upon check-in at the competition.
Please also refer to the IASF policy regarding alternates.
Injuries
If a routine is interrupted due to an injury, whether during practice or on the competition floor, the following policy applies for the resumption of the routine:
Kick’s management will assign a new performance time slot to the team within the same block, replacing a scheduled break, to allow the team to restart its routine. The team will then be entitled to a full warm-up circuit backstage, as per a normal performance.
If the team was performing last in its block, it will also be entitled to a full warm-up circuit backstage, as per a normal performance. The team may use this warm-up time at its discretion (for example, to use only the full floor). The restart timer will begin only after confirmation from Kick’s management (Janie Lapierre or Van Truong).
Routine restarts must take place on the same day as the original performance.
Vomiting
If a vomiting incident occurs, the following policy applies:
Competition Floor: If an athlete vomits off the competition floor and the routine is interrupted, the athlete who vomited will not be permitted to resume the routine with their team once the performance restarts. If an athlete vomits on the competition floor and the routine is interrupted, the athlete who vomited will not be permitted to resume the routine with their team, and the team will automatically receive a 4-point deduction for a time violation.
Practice Floor: If an athlete vomits off the practice floor, the athlete may continue practicing with their team. The warm-up continues without interruption, and no additional time will be granted. If an athlete vomits on the practice floor, the athlete may continue practicing with their team; however, no additional time will be granted, and the team will automatically receive a 4-point deduction for a time violation.
A medical team will be on-site to assist with athlete injuries.In the event of an injury, the medical team’s decision regarding whether the athlete may continue to compete for the remainder of the event shall be final and not subject to appeal.
Teams are required to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled warm-up time. Please pay close attention to the door opening times for athletes, as indicated on the official schedule.
Designated areas will be provided for teams to store their personal belongings.
Kick’s Événements is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.Participants are strongly advised not to leave their personal belongings unattended.

Official photographers and videographers representing Kick’s Événements will be on-site to film performances and capture official event images. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on Kick’s Événements’ digital platforms and social media channels.
All score sheets are sent by email.
The deduction sheet is sent approximately 5 to 10 minutes after your performance.
The remaining score sheets are sent after the awards ceremony.
A score review service is available at each competition. However, some events may have specific deadlines for submitting review requests; please refer to the Coach Information Documents for detailed instructions.
Kick’s Événements enforces a Score Accuracy Policy. If a legality deduction is issued and your team previously participated in a Kick’s Événements competition with an identical routine without receiving such a deduction, the penalty will be converted into a warning.Once a warning has been issued, any similar infraction at subsequent competitions will result in the application of the corresponding penalties.
