About the event
KICK'S SPORTS CHALLENGES were created , to train and to help cheerleading clubs in Quebec. Each participant chooses his goal between 300, 500, 700 or 1000 SQUATS in 2 hours. Yes Yes! Don't worry, you can change your goal throughout the day!to have fun
Each "goal team" will have a leader to motivate them! 10 12-minute intervals to reach your challenge! (Either 30, 50, 70 or 100 squats at intervals)
Bonus! Each registered participant will receive a superb medal at the end of the challenge! A sports therapist will be on site!
KICK'S SPORTS CHALLENGES want to give back to cheerleading clubs! By registering, $ 1 will be donated to the cheerleading club of your choice. Aren't you in a cheerleading club? Your donation will go to the Quebec Cheerleading Federation for the Development of Sport!
